Chef Pops

Originally from a small village called Roio del Sangro in the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region of central Italy, "Chef Pops" began his culinary career at the age of 17, and brings over 40 years of restaurant/catering experience to Mobile Munchiez. Although his expertise lies in traditional Italian cuisine, his vast international culinary knowledge comes from having worked for one of Washington D.C.'s largest catering companies for over 20 years, Connecticut Avenue Caterers, as well as many years as an in-house chef for various embassies in Washington D.C., and many years a part of the President of the United States’ Guest House (Blair House) service staff before relocating to Tampa, Florida.  

Silvia Mastrangelo
Co-Owner/Event Planner

Originally from San Antonio Chile, Silvia began her career as a floral & interior designer in Washington D.C. in the mid 80's. Her career evolved into wedding and event coordination where she successfully helped hundreds of couples make their dream weddings come true over a 20+ year span in the Washington D.C. area. She is also the driving force behind our unique signature sauce creations and top notch customer service.

Enrico "Rick" Mastrangelo

Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Maryland, Enrico graduated from the University of Maryland - College Park in 2003 with degrees in International Business and Marketing. After a 10-year career in project management for a Fortune 500 company and a DoD contractor, Enrico served as Chief Operating Officer for a Property Maintenance & Construction company headquartered in Orlando, FL. Additionally, Enrico brings over 15 years of restaurant management experience to Mobile Munchiez.
